I apologize to the moderators if I am breaking any rules by creating another post on eyelids, but I noticed the original thread got closed. Does anyone know why??

I was curious if everyone that bought some got the color they wanted. I've been requesting Majestic Blue forever but still nothing, I emailed the bluebat guy often but still nothing. For some reason its apparently too hard to colormatch these.

Does anyone know anyone else that makes these for our cars??

CE makes some eyelids but no one has posted any pics of it.

 

Pic of my max with eyelids, sun was really strong this day so the light is reflecting a lot of the car.

 

majestic max did u buy it off bluebat i was about to send him the money but i saw that his post was taken off? i wanted to read more of the replies to see what ppl siad about them. did it take a while for the eyelids get to you?

 

You know i got them off ebay. the picture really doesnt do them justice.

 

I got the ones off ebay AND I got a sample of bluebat's majestic blue sample and they are too light, see for yourself.......



This is the same shade of blue that came off ebay as well. I'm my opinion its too light and looks cheap on the car.

Bluebat said he would try to get a darker blue but no success.

I know a graphics shop in my area, i seen they had the same shade of blue that we have in our cars, just need to get the shape of the eyelids and get them to copy it on to the color they have.

 

I bought the majestic blue one from blue batmobile and while the quality was good the color match was not. Very noticable difference and IMO did not look good.

i got mine from bluebatmobile as well. The color match was almost perfect.

 

how long did it take for bluebat to get the eyelids to the ppl who bought them??

 

i got them within 5 days... hes in the west coast and im in the east... soo its not bad

 

I think the majestic blue was the only ones with problems matching

Bluebatmobile test fitted them using my max - still have them on and have no problems with them. They look great.

 

Yeah ill try to this weekend and see if i can get them made.

Believe it or not but our cars just dont look right with eyelids but in my opinion a srt-4 neon with bluebats eyelids look mean as hell for some odd reason but thats just me i still like the idea but not really my cup of tea on a max our cars really dont have that smiling affect

Yes, Majestic Blue is difficult to match. I havent given up on it yet . There are only so many different shades of Blue Made. Unfortunately that color is just hard to match.

If anyone has anymore pics of my Overlays, post them so I can add them to my gallery, if you don't mind .
