G35 Pedals on a Max

I finally got around to an interior mod that I have been planning for a while: Upgrading the stock pedals. Check out some pix:

BEFORE

AFTER

I made the dead pedal out of a piece of 3/16" aluminum plate I had laying around and drilled the hole pattern to match the brake pedal. The brake and gas pedal are from an Infiniti G35 (The brake pedal is the same one used on the Altima SE-R). The gas pedal is cast aluminum and I had to modify it to fit.

Pedals

You are up late! Are you really a machinist?

I served an apprenticeship and got my Journeymans card in 1975.

Hi Roy
Yes I'm a Machinist, and for the last 12 years a foreman. I also served a 4 year apprenticeship and got my Journeymans card in 1966.

Looks real nice, what did you have to mod to get the gas pedal to fit?

Looks good. Adds a nice flair to the interior. I picked up the autovation pedals and loved them.

The back of the cast alum gas pedal is not flat, but it only took me a couple of minutes with a hacksaw and a die grinder to knock the protrusions off.

By the way, I bought the gas & brake pedal from these guys:

I also got the G35 dead pedal, but it is not even close to fitting the Max. The dead pedal from the Altima SE-R would probably bolt right on. I considered buying the Altima dead pedal, but the Stealer wanted 30 bucks for it. It was more fun making my own.

New here! To the point, I am interested in a billet grille for my 05, I am looking for opinions on brands, and vendors. How the grilles install and what to look out for, I don't mind paying for a good product, and absolutely hate to get taken on a cheap part. Thanks people!
