Finally did it.

Well I've been delaying and delaying but I finally did it. I bought my Cattman catback exhaust today, X-mas gift to myself. Talked to Brian he is a great guy, anyway we got to talking and he said that they are working on a combination header and y-pipe setup. These will be bolt-ons to existing exhaust and will have a built in catalytic converter. I can't wait for those. He is also looking into making a bolt on resonater for those who bought the non resonated set-up then decide it might be too loud. I look forward to installing exhaust, it will ship tomorrow. Will post audio clips upon completion.

You won't regret having that exhaust. Do you have the y-pipe too? My 1st gear on my 6 speed is rendered almost useless in the rain because of tire spin with traction control ON! If I dont have 300 hp, Id be reeeeeaaally surprised.

When I talked to Brian today he said the Y-pipe is not as important to HP gains as the exhaust itself, plus he mentioned that they are in the process of making a header/y-pipe combo with the catalytic built in. I am worried about inspection problems so I think I will hold off on the y-pipe until Brian releases his. I am looking forward to hearing that exhaust rumble though, and the look on some poor you know what who tries to ride up on me with his Honda. Hehehe.
