I bough the bulbs here http://www.xenonmods.com/silverbulbs/, they are the 1156's.
As far as the install, you will need to remove the front fascia so that the headlights can be removed. Only way to be able to get at the bulbs.

You DO NOT have to remove the bumper or lights to replace any of the bulbs! Read the stickies at the top:

If you read Stickies, you will know this has already been done in a much easier way.

well, there's still search... but I suppose I can provide a link from one sticky to another sticky. Aiming Headlight sticky provides how to change. No mention of removing assembly, only removing cover. D-Max, I thought all the work you've done, you would already know if there is enough clearance to reach them?

Hey Nismo, many people DO NOT know how to search this forum, since it is disabled on this one.. Besides using Google to search by typing in www.maxima.org: and search topic there is little much you can do. Again i use the Sticky's and they are a great help, but they DO NOT have every step, and some of them need tweaking. I am currently working with DeusExMaxima to Tweak the Painting Headlights Project STICKY.

But, ON TOPIC, Thanks for the headsup on these.. I will be getting a set myself.. Later..

yes I know Sticky is not everything, but they are the greatest resource for most common questions (like this reposted thread). Actually, the Guideline Sticky does show how to search. Many donators seem to forget they can search, others are still provided with an alternative.

Please feel free to contact me, Bluemaxx, Admin or other mods to update/fix them when you have something to add.

First off, looks OK, but I was thinking the same thing, why on earth would you have to remove a bumper to change a bulb. Just doesn't make sense...
