I think more accurately, he paid to post threads before 15 posts.... but yeah, should be searching. Wishful thinking it would work for 6th gens better than all others perhaps?

I tried it years ago with my 95 max, and it SUCKED! It was the stupidest thing I ever bought, I actually thought it made sense so I tried it and it was a waste! Buy a cold air intake if you want to spend some cash

I had one also with my 99 SEL Max, and I didn't notice anything... wishful thinking that the little gizmo would do something... didn't.

Naw. Save your money and buy the Redline Power Chip on Ebay. $30 and 20+HP. Not sure if crank or wheel horsepower.

That's some good chips, no tools required.

Yeah I like their BBQ flavour chips the best. The only tools required are some napkins to wipe your hands. That damn red powder gets everywhere otherwise.

That thing is total garbage.most infomercials sell things on TV cuz they can't get a store to sell it. I put one in my expedition and two weeks later my check engine lite was on. After a few hundred bucks in repair I did what it should have been used for and that is to recycle it for cans or other things that actually work. The turbulent action it causes makes the computer think something is wrong with the airflow. You can try it and if it works let me know. If you want to save gas here's my solution.
1. don't floor your car
2. do the routine maintanence
3. Keep your engine clean (internal)
4. Run the ac only when you need to etc.
You get the point by now. Most studies show that most of these so-called miracle products are crap.

Wow, can you feel the love? Erm, take a deep breath, have a beer and relax, its all in good fun.

The tornado is crap. 99.999999% of all items sold on those infomercials are junk. But I was thinking about buying that cd set that told me how to make millions by just placing ads in the paper or the other one about selling stuff on Ebay or buying 40 houses with no money down. Those are real.

Living on the coast of Louisiana, after 2005 i have learned anything with the word hurricane in it will not save anything; time, money, gas, or homes.

I promise -- take my word on this one guy.

buncha post ******

seriously though, that thing doesn't work (for our cars at least). it's much more of a restriction in your air intake path than anything.
