Back seat

Does anyone know what the very back of the back seats are made of? Are they full metal sheets or just a metal frame and foam?

You can take them off and see for yourself... they're actually pretty comfortable when you see how flimsy they are...

Just feel your way around the seam on the bottom, you'll find the clips that hold it in place (one on each side). You can pull the clips forward and the whole cushion comes off. It's probably like 3 pounds altogether...

the bottom part of the bottom are are merely stiff foam and the back part of the top part are fabric over plastic help in place by clips. take the clips out, pull the fabric back and you have plastic. i am sure the back of the elite edition are different though.

ok, thanks, trying to finding a mounting place for two sealed 8's subs. I'll have to check it out to see if it would work.

I actually took apart the back of mine rear seats last week. The seat is a metal frame with foam backing.

Does anyone know if you can swap out the maxima front seats with a 350Z or M35?
