Agree, I'm on it bro, If sucessful, I am ready to buy YESTERDAY....

Just a heads up. There is an unresolved CEL issue with 05+ Altima 3.5 HS headers due to design and front WB O2 sensors. Most agree that the reason is lack of proper R&D. HS has not been very helpful with this issue, we are basically on our own. HS headers HP gains were very hard to ignore though. And since they are the only show in town, I got them anyway, knowing the possibilty of CEL issue. Hope you guys have better luck than we did with HS.

I called hot shot before, they told me the altima headers won't fit, but I was going to take them to a pipe shop and mod whatever needed to be modded and get them to fit. to bad for the CEL prob, we prob need to relocate the o2 sensors else where..

well this is their web page....... http://www.hotshot.com/product_hotshotheader.htm and this is the set you would get if you were to order any....... http://www.hotshot.com/hotshotheaders/ns3018.html I have an idea email them instead of calling and put our forum link up to show that we are interested...... I was going to purchase the obx and have it modified but have other mods that are taking presidence and don't want to waste money if they aren't going to fit and just too much hassle at the moment......

It looks like the HotShot headers have a cat and the end of the y-pipe. If that's what it is, I would really like this so we don't have the strong smell of the exhaust as I have had running header/test pipe/exhaust combos on my previous 2 cars. Also, the OBX is obviously poorly made with fragments of bent pipe welded in all sorts of places. I wish you guys the best in your efforts. I am really excited about this as most others are as well.

Corey "RedMax" and I discussed this and we agreed that the headers with the cat at the end is what we will make install on my ride...

Thanks for the support...

We all could, hopefully theres no problems with the fitment. Over on the altima boards one of the main guy was ranting on how hard it was to do the 05 headers, he basically said hes never doing a fwd vq35 header install again. Lets see how redline does with em.

my friend just had his hotshot headers installed on his 05 altima se-r. The job was insane from what i understand. they had to unbolt the frame or some ish. I'm going to drive it tomorow to feel the difference that it made, but the sound is ridiculous. From what he says they made a hell of a difference.

I was thinking about purchasing a y-pipe, but if this setup comes complete with a cat... i'll definitely wait. Having the old 4-sp auto, i need something to get me up to par.
