Saying Farewell

Its about that time for a change in lifestyle guys. Its been an honor for the so odd year i had the maxima and it was fun representin, but i cant afford the payments anymore. Sadly enough im looking to purchase a Scion xB. Its good on gas and it costs almost less than half of what im paying for the max. Im going to miss the power and comfort, but i have to make sacrifices to have fun. Im only 21 and i worry too much about my material possessions. Check out recycler for an 05 smoke maxima for sale in 91744 haha or just check out the classifieds.

that sounds like you are making a wise decession. It is sad that you have to let the max go but it seems to be the responsible thing to do. You will like the XB my wife has one. It is a fun little car truck thing! We call it the toaster. Good luck to you

Arent you going to check out the Tc? Thats a really nice looking car inside and out IMO. I agree its better to go without the car if the payments are swallowing a great amout of your income.

Let your car work for you more then you must work for it.

blackmaxx you couldnt have said it any better. Material things are just that, materials, mere possessions. I have looked at the tC and its an extra 5k more which i dont need. I might as well just keep the maxima. I got quoted today for a new xB $14,118.39 out the door with $2k down. payments are 280.71 a month. Thats just a little bit more than half of what im paying NOW a month for the maxima. On top of it im saving an EXTRA $600 a year for insurance!

Good luck, very good $ decision on your part. For the Xb, get fender flares and a hood scoop, and call it an H5,

Honk, if you see us around...

Hate to see you go , but it is refreshing to here someone being responsible and not killing themselves to keep a car. You still have a lot of years to get a more expensive car. Good luck bro. Drop through and let us know how you like the scion.
