Bad Noise from under the hood...

Hey, I was driving yesterday and at high speeds, when I let go of the accelerator, a horrible grinding noise came from under the hood until the car slowed down to I would say less than 80. It happened to me a couple of weeks ago, but didnt happen again until now. Now of course I know I should not be hitting speeds of 90 and all that, but the car also shouldnt be making that kind of noise. Any ideas?

What side did it come from?
Was it possibly a brake shimmy?

def. not brake shimmy, it happens when coasting. I cannot tell what side, just under the hood is as close as I am going to get. It sounds like a Metal on Metal grinding, not like the typical brake grinding.

Only during high speed deceleration and a grinding noise?

These don't fit the grinding part, but if you say metal on metal my first thought was loose heat shields, there is a known problem there but usually during acceleration. Other possibilities are a bad motor mount or loose engine undercover (I know it's plastic, but it could be flapping)? Like I said, these are not grinding type noises!

Here is the heat shield TSB's I was thinking of:
