Power Supply In Center Console

The Power Supply in my 04 Max SE Center Console no longer works. I changed the fuse, but to no avail. Any other suggestions, or recommendations as to any places that can fix this?

You know it doesn't work when the car is off right? Just making sure...
Also check the connection of it underneath.
