Spoiler makes the car look sporty. Just what I'm looking for. So did the dealer order for you painted or what ?

Well, someone has to say it ... RICE!!!!

It's just too honkin' BIG. Other than on Subie STi's and souped-up Civics, you're not seeing them much anymore, because big spoilers and wings are so yesterday. I was really surprised Nissan went from a nice lip spoiler to a winglet like this.

It's all personal pref, though, so if you like it that's what counts. Just no spinner hubcaps, please.

I think it looks good, it dosent look one bit rice IMO. Rice spoilers are high, this one just extends back. It dosent resemble an STI spoiler in the least, that thing is a huge rectangle!

I like it and I like it better than the G35 sedan spoiler. It reminds me a lot of the G35 Coupe spoiler. I saw an 07 Max up here sitting beside a G35 Coupe with a spoiler and they both looked nice. My Nissan stealership is also an Infiniti dealer. They have aftermarket G35 sedan spoilers...$400 Can. painted and installed with tail lights. That's about $370 US. I am going in for an oil change soon and will insist that they call their aftermarket shop and get me an 07 installed for the same price! I believe that they would have to remove the old lip spoiler first so it's a bit of extra work.

Personally, I would either go no spoiler or with the '07 style. The lip spoiler on the '04-'06 never looked quite right to me. Its not the general shape of it... its that I felt that something that subtle shouldn't have looked as tacked-on as it does, including the way the Nissan emblem spans the trunk and spoiler.

Preferences aside, one practical advantage of the larger spoiler... it allows my 5'3" wife to see and judge the back of the car much better!

I have to dissagree, Im usually the one calling rice on things but this spoiler looks sooooo nice. In no way is it too big or over the top, its actually very subtle but still a lil more aggressive than the lip spoiler on my car.

It looks really good. The two best colors (my opinion) for the Max, White and Onyx when it's clean.

I say whatever flows with the shape of the car is what works. That spoiler is far from RICE.

What up guys, well Im glad most of you liked it. As for the guy who yelled RICE..... please dude this is far from rice. I think the 04-06 oem spoiler is too square for our round cars so when I saw the 07' spoiler I said "Oh yeeeah". Anyways I bought it from ebay for $300 painted and shipped to my house. My friend did the install (works at a performance shop) it took about 1 hour. He wired the L.E.D to my taillights and its held on by 3 thick screws and 3M double sided tape.

Yeah he was a good guy, good communication. It took like 3 weeks to ship because there was a "Mistake" (I call BS but whatever) in the proccess of my order some sort of mix up. The quality and colormatch is awsome very nicely done. The ebay member's name is thespoilerstore or something close to that.

I like it, it seems to flow nicely with the car plus the led 3rd brake light. I like the 07 spoiler and Erebuni trunk lip for the Max the best. Nissan has really stepped up the interior and exterior looks of the Max, except they haven't gotten rid of the HUGE wheel gap. Nice addition to your Max.

And don't worry about Mike, he left us for an Acura TL. Just kiddin' Mike, hope you're lovin the new TL.

Just ordered mine. I have a lip spoiler that is bolted on. Hopefully the new mounting holes for this spoiler will line up. I've looked closely at the new spoilers on the 07 Maxs and it looks like it goes in the exact same place as the lip. I will let you guys know once I install it.
