I would never consider buying from a company with so much bad press on the org....you don't see any posts about Active Tuning or Stillen. I see alot of angry customers, lawyer threats, and then Redline having to come up with excuses. With my money, Id stay away because I couldnt trust them. I think a company like that should have to get paid cash on delivery going forward until they can support the demand.

All i have heard is people saying the owner is a good guy, but Just wait a few more months and your grill will ship.. Or I called him at his house and he is sick, Just wait a few more months when he gets better..

Or He is over staffed, Just wait a few more months when he hires new people.

Or his phone is disconnected, Just wait a few more months until he buys a new phone...

This is exactly what will happen.
IF YOU ARE LUCKY.

Yep, who cares if he's a great guy?! Id take a jerk anyday - if hes all about taking care of business.

Also, check out the vendor experience forum area, There are numerous threads about how bad Redline is.

It is unfortunate that they cant get their chit together because the quality and look of their stuff seems good.

That being said, I wouldn't buy anything from them. Too risky IMO.

RLM just lost out of $1000 worth of merchandise from me. I was going to purchase but after reading thanks to you guys I said no f-in way. I can care less if the guy got kicked out of his shop - STOP TAKING ORDERS THEN! Well, how I see it, if he doesn't get his act together, he will lose out $1000 from Defiant! Too bad. If I was RLM I would move very fast getting the merchandise to the customers, and even if I had a problem, I'd find something like rent out a storage thing and do my business out of there until I get a shop again..bad business = loss of money = not for me. Thanks.

Hey Chulo, welcome!! You ride is looking sharp. And to the topic, I wanted a RLM grill......Ordered a Street Scenes speed grill instead from Stillen and guess what, 5 weeks with no ETA from the manufacturer

Sticking with stock now that it's closing in on winter. I will revisit the grill upgrade next spring.

Dude, stuff a cork in it. Like I said in my other post. Stop posting amounts of what you want to spend to make yourself look like a baller. $1000 ain't sh*t to some of the work they get. Noone cares how much you want to spend or have to spend, for that matter. You want to spend your money at RLM because you have seen their product and like it and want it. If you want it, order it and you will recieve it or don't. I personally don't think that Corey cares if you spend your measly $1000 at his shop or not. Their products are in high demand and when the storm has passed people from the org will be spending their paychecks at RLM again. Also, quite possibly when that time comes around. You and all these haters (that have no pending transactions with RedLine Max) are going to be sitting around twirling your thumbs wishing you had some of the "one of a kind" parts that RLM has to offer. Right now I am speaking directly to you, but if there is anyone else that has not dealt with RedLine Max and wants to insert their $0.02, to just STFU and mind your own business. Thank you and God Bless.

**I state, that I do not work at RedLine Max. Corey is a friend that I have helped out in the past and I am just speaking the truth.**

Don't tell me what I can and can't say, and don't talk if you have no reasoning behind it. I posted $1000 so that if RLM happened to go on this forum and read it, they might get there act together and get everything running again, so they see how much business they are losing out on.

I'm not a hater at all. I like RLM and there products. However, I do not like the reviews that they have received from so many customers on this forum. People have been waiting 5-7 months just for a refund, or there product never came, and I have heard Corey makes up a lot of excuses.

And let's see you drop $1,000 like that out of your paycheck. Measly? I don't think so. Maybe it is not $5000 to $10000, but its still something, and I don't want to lose my money by ordering. I do not deal with people who have been "known" so to speak by some members on this forum to not deliver. I want a RLM Bumper, a RLM Grille, and a RLM Carbon Fiber Engine Cover..I love them, but if it means risking losing money, I cannot place an order.

Do not tell me what to do and not to do, and do not tell me to order something when I run a huge risk at losing money. Stupid n00b.

And, honestly, would you order products from someone whose had tons of bad reviews and is known not to ship or not to ship for close to a year? I didn't think so.

If Corey can get back on track and get everything right, I'll have no problem ordering.

I may be a noob on this site, but I am not a noob when it comes to sales and idiots like who (who spends their lives online). There is a reasoning behind what I am saying. Morons like who, who post threads about companys and have never dealt with them, start unnecessary drama. So seriously.. don't come on this thread stating that the reason you posted the dollar amount was so RedLine Max would get their act together. Your mama might buy that sh*t, but I sure as hell wont.

$1000... I own 3 watches worth atleast that. People on this thread see me in the shop helping out wearing a Movado watch, Lacoste shirt, and dress shoes. So trust me...$1000, in the world of car parts, is absolutely nothing. Like I said, I may be a noob (sorry I'm not as cool as you...I didn't spell it with zeros) on this site, but I am not a noob in automotive performance and looks.

There will be times that you have to deal with shops that may take months to get your order. Right now, If I was in the shoes of any 6th gen members. I would go into buying a grill with the knowledge in my mind that it is a part that is on backorder and that it will take me a few months to get it. Face it people, there are certain parts that actually take a while to get. I remember I once waited about a year for a certain part, which however I knew was on backorder, and it was totally worth it.

You say you got a $1000. You say you like the products at RedLine Max. Show some initiative. You know that grill is the only grill that you want. Be prepared to wait for it, because it is on BACKORDER. That happens with all parts in high demand (unless you're mass producing, ie. AEM, GREDDY, ETC.) and it even happens with them. But of course you wouldn't see people on here b*tching and moaning about them if this had happened.

RedLine Max is like every other company and business running in America. There is an insurance policy for every situation that you can think of. Noone can legitimatly steal your money and get away with it. For those of you b*tching and crying. Call your credit card companys. Reverse the transaction. (WHICH I WILL ADD THAT MOST OF YOU HAVE DONE ALREADY)

I did not tell you to order you moron. I told you that noone at RedLine max cares if you order or not, and when it would come down to the time to order a part, they won't do business with you. I believe I was pretty clear on that fact, unless you can't read. So have a nice day and go see a doctor soon about getting that stick removed out of your a$$!!!

Also, ironically, this is my 50th post, so I am no longer a noob, I am a Maxima Enthusiast.

I really dont think it should take a year for us to get parts for a MAXIMA.. We are not driving Lambo's.

And i really dont think people have a problem waiting for their parts. I think the problem is that when they call to find out the ETA they are lied to. Or they cant even get in touch with any one for months. Or if they do get in touch, they are told that the part will be there next week, week after week...

There was one post where the guy was told that the part was in stock. He orders the part and finds out it was on back order.. No big deal, just get a refund.. Nope.. No refund and no part.. That is the type of thing that pisses people off.

I get WAAAY better customer service ordering parts off ebay..
