RSB on a stock max

I was wondering if they would be necessary on a stock max and if there would be a noticable difference?

Thanks

Huge difference! Add Racingline Endlinks and it will respond even more! Cheap mod, but great difference!

Hey deus, would you say that the GR-2's/Progress springs are a good combo as well?

They connect the RSB to the suspension.

The OEM endlinks have some 'play', loose tolerance. They connect the rear sway bar to the frame. Everytime the car turns left or right, this slack creates a very small delay before the RSB can react, and exagerates the lateral weight transfer (wobble). With the Racingline endlinks ("high strength spherical bearings with a teflon lined race bearing"), the RSB is better connected to the frame and more precisely compensates.

With the endlinks and the RSB on a stock Max, they will not affect the straightline feel of the car, only when its turning, correct? They will limit the noticable body lean?

I think Koni adjustables and progress are the best since they are adjustable. Use KYB adjustables in rear.

I just bought the Racingline endlinks and am waiting for them to arrive. My friend's advice was to just change the endlinks and see what difference it makes. I haven't (and don't plan to) done much to my car yet, but im wondering if it is really necessary to also change the swaybar (as opposed to endlinks + stock RSB) to feel a noticeable difference when it comes to body roll. i was considering the Cattman RSB, but dunno if i wanna spend that money (yes im a cheap@ss). Any advice?

Get the RSB. the endlink will work on the stock rsb if you adjust the tension on the endlinks. but not worth it. The difference with an aftermarket sway bar and a stock one is night and day. Also, if you add new struts and springs to the car the handling is ALOT more different that you have now.

The endlinks will give you about 50% quicker response time on preventing body roll. The Cattman bar another 50%.

By them selves the endlinks were my best bang for the buck purchase

Thanks a lot! I just received the endlinks and replaced the stock ones with the Racingline endlinks. I just noticed a few things while installation, hopefully maybe someone could answer a few questions.
1. I adjusted the endlinks to match the length of the stock endlinks, as it seems to be adjustable. I was wondering if the length needs to match and if it affects the performance of the link itself.
2. The rubber bushins on the screw seemed to have compressed as i tightened the link. Is it supposed to compress, and would it increase the performance if i were to replace the rubber with a harder substance (a metal washer or harder rubber)
If anyone has any input, that would be great. But anyway, thanks a lot for all the input and advice! Thanks Kamski!
