If you love her, tell her she has to pay for a replacement, you want 2 months of unlimited sex whenever YOU want it and if she disagrees...

I've noticed that women make the best drivers and the worst drivers. They can multitask like hell and have good social senses, which is obviously good if they use those abilities for driving. But they also seem to want to feel like they're as far from the possibility of harm as possible, so some of them end up paying very little attention to things that can hurt them... like medians, dividers, and other cars.

Best advise I could give the both of you; some SERIOUS remedial driver's education. Driving in curbs, lamp posts, and garages? Might also want have their eye prescription checked. Wow....

I did the same thing about 7 months ago, I was pretty much pushed off the road by a trucker, hit something, checked my rim real nice and broke the A arm (control arm) in 2 places. It also bent the strut, tore the CV boot, and smashed in my oil filter. Trucker didnt stop... I wanted so bad to chase his azz down but it was hard when the drivers side wheel looked like this l and the pass. looked like this / . Insurance covered everything including the Foose wheels I ride today. Bottom line is its probably NOT safe to drive and further driving will probably do more damage...

Oh yeah I got pix if anyone interested..

I drove it to my friends shop and the estimate is $750, which includes:
inner & outer tie rods, new kyb strut, and alignment. all drivers side. Thanks for giving me stuff to laugh at during this time. I gotta check the 6th gen classifieds .

That's all? Wow... With that wheel tucked like that, I would have thought you'd need at least a control arm as well.

Don't bash another man's wife!
Ok, she messed up, and to those of us that love our Maxes, it was big time!

But it is a car and that was/hopefully still is his wife!

Go easy, punching someone in the babymaker over this? Not a very likely outcome!

Another question about this "Accident". How did she hit a curb with the DRIVERS side of the car? She must have swung way wide on a right hand turn and cross into on coming traffic to hit the curb with the drivers side. Does she think she's driving an 18 wheeler?

yes.. the immaturity is strong in this one... err, these ones...

I'm sure most of them are all talk anyway... if they're claiming to get sex anytime they want as payment, then they must not be very good in the first place, and I feel sorry for the wives.

yeah, that was because there was an off ramp to the right that seemed to offer a way out, and upon taking said exit, bumped the curb which starts the exit ramp left side curb.

Oh, okay. A bunch of guys getting their frustration out with idle banter over the Internet, you guys come in and throw out comments about protecting women and divorce rates and getting laid, and we're the immature ones? Good call.

umm.. we're not talking about beating our wives and demanding sex as payment for damaging the car. I think you're confused. I also think this thread is about to be locked.

FTW! My girl drives a '95 850 wagon. It's safe, it's almost indestructible, it drives well, and it has great visibility. It's about the only thing I know that feels like a tank but doesn't promote ignorance of your environment.

Plus, it's RWD...

Wow this is the first time I have read this theard and I had to shut my door in my office I was laughing so hard. You guys are crazy. I am glad that she is ok, but I would like to know as well how she wrecked the drivers side of the car? My thoughts would be and go buy her an old beater like a 88 caprice classic and let her tear that thing up. My wife is driving my max now and I am scared out of my mind. She normally wont get near it but since she is on bed rest and not going to far I drive her xb to work to save on gas and not put the miles on my car. But I think I am taking my car back.

I realize there's probably no one here who's serious about beating her... (I hope) ... does the fact that it's a joke make it ok to break the rules? it's probably offensive to someone, so grow up and have some respect for other people. go post in OT if you want to be a jacka**.
