heard a bout 130000 nissan recalls, maximas included

I heard tonight on the news the nissan is recalling 130000 of its vehicles consisting of maximas and muranos, it was something about the vehicles ignition system could start up on its own by just turning the wheel? WTF did I hear that wrong?
