...alignment!

So I call up my Nissan dealership and an alignment would cost $75.
How would I know if the alignment would be done correctly, because right now I have no odd noises or steering going in the wrong direction. And could someone please kind of explain to me how they would align the car since the camber is off and it's non-adjustable?
