Hey folks. Here's the deal... winter season is soon approaching. My brother has a set of 16 inch winter tires for his '99 Maxima, which he no longer has. These tires are new, whereas my tires need replacing. I have an '04 Maxima SE.

Can I replace my 18's with his 16 inchers? If I can, that will leave a bunch of money left in my wallet.

Help appreciated.

16"??? Thats desperate!

That sounds more like you don't have the money for winter tires and not that you want to leave money in your wallet.

they wont fit, 17inch barely fit, unless they are those unique steel rims, where there are no inside glue weights.... maybe, but no they wont fit.

Y risk you life chinsing out on tires.

just keep the car at home when it's snowing, a messed up car is not worth the pain, so you miss a day of work and you live to tell about it
