Maxima sub and ampli install advice needed

I want ot install subwoofer and amplifier on my 2004 maxima.
Please reply if anyone knows where I can find the sound system electrical
diagram for my car. I just need the stereo input (RCA or high signal) and 12
volts remote signal (nearest of trunk as possible).

alright, since no one else wants to help you i guess i will. i assume this is the first time doing this your self, for your 12v constant you will need to run a wire from the battery to the amp, and depending on the amont of draw the amp uses you will have to determine the gauge of the wire, you can probably go 4ga just to be sure. as for the remote wire, there are a couple of diffrent options, A. tap into the fuse box/ B. get behind the headunit and tap into the accesory or remote, i think it is a red wire, you can figure it out with an voltmeter, cut the wire and test the voltage with the radio off and on, if you read around 12v with the radio on and 0v with the radio off that should be the wire you want. and as for the signal you can tap into the rear speker using line output converter,(i think that is what it is called) hope this helps.
