Which of your mods gets the most comments from bystanders?

A lot of us have done a lot of mods to our cars over the past 2-3 years. I am wondering, what mod do bystanders comment on the most from your ride? Do you get comments on ur rims? your spoiler? your painted brakes? your body kit or grills? Believe it or not, most people seem drawn to my blacked out head light chrome!! It really changes the look of the car.

I get the most comments from my HID projectors so far, and the way the car looks from the front(looks like it may have a widebody kit due to the OEM flared fenders)

My corner lights seem to get people's attention. When I stop to fill up at the gas station guys start looking and pointing at the lights. One guy in an Altima asked where I got the grill. Another guy said to me last week "Is that a Maxima"? "Nice" !

It's my wheels that get the remarks.

Could be it's my only really visible mod. We'll see after I get my grill on.

yeah i would think the grille and headlights and body kit would get the most eye catchers...however i do enjoy from time to time the occasional neck snap look with exhaust and intake...

bose is all it's about, i sat in one of my boy's car - i got a 07 and he put in a 3,000 $ system, apparently - 2 fosgate amps and 2 12's and all jbl speakers. and i swear i hated the sound, it was **** - he just had so much bass going on that my ears were rattling, personally i prefer the bose system over to most systems i've heard..i like good, clean bass and my bose always performs to its best....bose is all what it's about, baby.

i haven't modded my car yet but in the process. raking up money and slowly getting there.

Definitely the RLM bumper/grill and the Piaa halos on the front with the wht parking lights and amber blinkers. (I guess basically the entire front end of my car...)
Oh and the screens and blue dash lights at night...

I agree, the Bose sounds a million times better than most aftermarkets I've heard.

Bigger/Louder isn't always better!

I have a friend with a nasty mustang. He is pushing 1000watts and his trunk and body panels rattle. I asked him about it bothering him and he said what did he care, he couldn't hear it from inside the car. I would care, because that can be just as ricey to me as some of these ironing boards mounted to the back of these civics.

The Bose or Intake is usually the most commented mod, I have!

Not at all. The chrome trim does not creat light, so blackening teh trim has not effect. If anything , it reduces glare when viewing the car from the side with the lights on.

I am surprised when people say BOSE, who commented you on these, deaf folks? It is a "common knowledge" that the BOSE system in our maximas plain SUCK. The sound is flat and the speakers aren't matching the output of the system...but thats not what the thread is about, now is it? hehe

Most people comment on the scratches and lil dents. Haters!

I guess if you consider the 'scratches and lil dents' mods!

Bose sounds so much better than:
1.factory stereo's (some of them anyway).
2.Bose's in other vehicles sound flat to me compared to ours.

That I said jokingly unlike the statement about the BOSE system. As to the mods, its the rims/tires and my fujita when I give somebody a ride.

No broken system here...

...if anything its been already replaced by the dealer cause of earlier problem(s). Had the head unit replaced when CDs were skipping and AMP replaced cause there was no sound when it was freezing outside. I got all new parts now and upgraded the system with AMP/SUB combo. Little tweeking and now it's worth listening to. PERIOD
