sorry i know this is off course but 4, 5th geners hate us with a passion

oh please dont ban me please dont! this is all i do all day, this is my LIFE! oh noooeeezz what will i do for fun now?

i got a great laugh from seeing 40 year old grown men (or so i thought) arguing on an anonymous forum on the internet with someone twice their ages. you losers need to go out and take care of your grandchildren instead of putting exhausts on 20 year old cars. i never understood how you could buy a 15k car and invest 20k in it to make it go a 1 second faster, so you can race and get ticketed.

you guys all are d!ck riding pussies, one of your little "forum friends" gets played and you guys come to the rescue like a bunch of panty wearing puss!es, whatever happened to being a man?

and prinze, blow me, and if youre a cop, ure an even bigger pantsy than i thought, hiding behind a badge because u were picked on in school.

to swee, i know u werent tryin to defend me, but thanks for being the only person in here with ***** to tell it like it is. (mind you shes the only girl in this thread)

hey jeff, i was only tryin to defend myself, (read back on kevs comments) but u had jump in like a gossiping hoe, u look like a super ****in pu$$y in that avatar of yours, **** u and **** your dog u half-homo. i would love to see what would happen in that place i liek to call the "real world", you know that place where u cant ban me, or act all tough. you my friend are the equivalent of a hall monitor.

this forum stinks, ive always seen plenty of you shove **** down new memebers throats because he didnt know something or was asking a question, elitist *******s hiding behind a monitor with no guts to do it in the real world.

for now im outta here, no need to ban, save yourself some time, u need it to go "moderate" some more threads...

Ok, forgetting the jerkoff that tried to hijack this thread with that BS, I actually have a relevant question about rims, its serious too...

How hard is Chrome to take care of?

I admit, I dont hand-wash my car as much as I used to, but with silver coated rims it's almost like they have a teflon coating that dirt wipes off of fairly easily. Does chrome spot and show dirt more? Is it more likely to peel off or discolor if not babied?

I thought I was set against chrome because I've heard you really have to put a lot of work into it, but damn the chrome wheels look good.

Tell me like it is for those who have / have had chrome wheels.

Thanks

Shoulda put some jacks under the max to get the hood up above those monsters, someone has to have done this already - we could at least photoshop it.

So about those chrome rims and cleaning them....is it hard??

Aww sh*t I think I saw that car in Montgomery Last month. It seems that everybody's doing this Sh*t out here(brand names on the sides of cars) I've seen a orange GEO Prism with "Reese's" on the side of it. What in the h*ll happened to just putting rims on your car and calling it a day, it is getting way out of hand.

Before I forget do you have any pics of your ride, would love to see a few.

it's pretty stockish now....just got tinted.

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2520694

But as weather clears, will be throwing in a system, 22"s, interior mods, some goodies coming soon!

Try to catch up with you! lol. REALLY nice ride.

As far as the ignorance, was ref mainly to those who consider large rims as a "ghetto" icon. That is purely ignorant.

I've seen 19s on the Max that look RIGHT! Hell even my stock 18s at times look good (mainly due to the tire actually).

VERY nice!

Was curious if you could give specs on the wheels? And ur Eibachs?

Looking at a set of wheels 22"x9.5" 35mm off. It's been stated it would fit with modifications.

Any1 can give advice on to WHAt exactly had they done to tuck and prevent rubbing?

Plan on dropping (coilover or what, not sure yet) and brake upgrade.

Hey I also want to add some 22" to my maxima. So should I try to find 22x8.5 size rims, to save the trouble of getting rubbing.I wanted to add some GIOVANNA SABINA but the closes size is 22x9. So im asking is it worth the trouble having 22x9 over 8.5?Do 22x8.5 also rub?My alternative rims are 22x8.5 size and are more euro style compaired to giovanna *bling* style.I have a Black stock 2006 Maxima SE.With trenz grill, chrome handles, chrome pillars 14 piece set.Im not sure if adding *bling* type rims will make my car wayyyyyyy to over the top, or should I just stick with euro.

I would say that already having the chrome pillars would make 22" inch chrome wheels over the top. I do like the chrome door handles, BUT the pillar covers I would lose if possible...my honest opinion.

What rim looks like this?

Can anyone give me some alternatives for this MB Vapor rim that is offered in silver or hypersilver instead of Chrome?

I like the style, just looking for a different finish.

Wheels

I actually admirer the appearance of those chrome rims, but silver & hyper-silver look great also. I just purchased another set of 22s last week, give me your opinion on the new ones guys. 22s are consider two big for some of you guys, and I respect that, but once the car is dropped you'll appreciate the wheel well symmetry appearance. So give me your input, later...............................

well all I have to say is that if you get 20"s or 22"s watch the f*kin potholes.

If I had 22"s I'd probably be hanging from my ceiling fan.

I'm not a big fan of rims with all the extra lug holes, but other than that they're ok if you're gettin 19"s or 20"s but, I suspect that they only make these in 18"s.
