How to make Sarona Grill from OEM???

I've seen a few people on here make a Sarona style grill out of their stock grill. How is it done? Where doe you get the mesh and how to you attach it? An instructional on this would be great.

I know

As far as I know, you remove your OEM grille, buy a sarona grille and put it in the void where the OEM was. That is the easiest step by step.
j/k dont roast me on this.

I'm one, I used the old sawzall and cut the teeth out. I then sanded it down, primed it, painted it, then inserted black diamond mesh.

I'm trying to hatch my own homemade grille using a spare stock one cut out. I'm getting sources for the wire mesh. McNichols has a nice 304 ss mesh that I want to use. The next decision will be whether to keep the chrome outer edge and center wedge. The mesh will be set back so I think I will paint the reveal semi-gloss black. Since my car is dark blue I thought the chrome would sort of brighten it up some, if I don't like the look it will be painted like Joes is. I'll leave the mesh shiny stainless steel.

The removal of the old stuff looks easy. How is the mesh attached so it looks good and isn't wavy. And where is the mesh gotten from?

Is it me or does it look like she's been hitting the coffee can. Usually a chick that looks like that comes with a problem or twenty. Only speaking from experience.

Grill is nice by the way....

I'm not sure if I should be checking out the grille, or the girl. Hell, I'll take both. Wow!

I like the grille, how did you get the chrome so shiny? My 05's hamburger is peeling on the Nissan lettering so i want a new grille for it. I like the grille on the black Max, how did you do that? Link to a how-to?
