That seems pretty fair especially with the alignment. Most will probably tell you to do it yourself if you have the right tools. But the alignment is necessary.

I only paid 125 dollars for the eibach install and I didn't get a alignment. You are only changing springs.

Which requires the removal of struts/etc.

replacing the front springs, like NmexMax said, you have to take out the struts and disassemble it.. the rears are simple though.. plus, like coitaltie said, you'll want an alignment, unless you like wearing out the inside edge of your tires..

I'd expect the alignment to be around $60-80, and springs should be less than $200 (2 hours labor, max) ... then again, I'm big on the 'do-it-yourself' technique.

I thought you had to drive lowered for a couple of weeks before you get an alignment, so that the springs "settle in?"

Not quite a couple of weeks. I guess it depends on mileage. I drove three days and noticed right away the settling on the thrid day. My car pulled to the right.

I waited a week or two later, just to be sure it was 'done'.
My alignment ran me $75.00.

$300 w/ alignment isn't bad, probably won't get much cheaper w/o some shopping.

you shouldnt pay more than 125 for the install.. i paid 100. and an alignment u can get done on ur own for $69-$89. 300 is a rip off

alignment is definately needed. i never got one and my car pulls like a ****.

But after i drove back from the freeway i noticed my car pulls to the left alil, so i called him and told him and we agreed on when i get my rims which is 1 week to 2 weeks well do alignment again...

I wouldnt pay 250 for it, but if you don't know how to do it yourself you're kinda stuck with whatever they charge you.

yeah, same here.. if you figure two hours labor @ $80/hour, plus a $75 alignment, that's $235 ... plus taxes, misc fees, two arms, a leg, your first born.. comes to about $250... still, DIY is the bestest way.

i gave my buddy $80 to install my struts/springs. But its easier to do them all at the same time. I called around a few places and the cheapest quote was $150, most was $200. Alignment should be around $75-$100.

edit: I haven't even gotten my car alligned since then, and its been about a month. I guess I'll go get that done lol.
