Well, the tint is on. Let me know what you think. 50% (State of Ohio Limit) on the front sides and 15% on the rear sides and rear window. I did not cover the dot matrix-- you can't tell from the outside but it is a little lighter from the inside. I will be doing the vinyl trick at a later date. Looks good It's a shame the legal limit is so high, in your state. Black Max's look very nice with tint. I opted to go illegal with 20% (Texas limit is 25%, but they don't make 25% or 30% tint, at least the brands that are used here).

I'm in Columbus and I did 35% on the Rear and 50% on the Front on my Silver 2004 SE. I was afraid going anything lower would make the difference (between front and rear) a lot more noticeable...

Looks good man, sucks you couldnt go to say 5% that would looks sick on a black max. I have never cared about tint laws, but i guess some states enforce it more than others....regardless your ride is lookin good

in quebec the limit is 70% front windows... damn.
I think I'll put 20 on the back and 50 front, that way the police sees that the front windows are not as tinted as the back and they dont bother you.... as long as they can see you well, I guess. If you dont get caugh in one of their stupid tint check ops.... eh. I just cant put 70% tint, thats retarded.

 

Dang dude 15%? That's some tint. In VA that would be tickets one after anothr. I have 35% all over.

A beauty! Mine was tinted in the front until a cop sitting around looking for something to do busted me and I had to pay big bucks to remove it and certify it...and plus now I'm on their friggin computer so if I put it back and get busted next time it would be bigger bucks...

 

That sucks!!! I live in New Jersey and some towns here are worse then others. The current town I live in (west pateron) isn't bad but when I used to liver in Budd Lake and had tints on my old car, I used to get pulled over all of the time. I used to roll down my windows the second I got off the highway regardless of the weather just so I wouldn't get a ticket for it.
