nothing much on the outside. just a t-rex billet grill. ordered the greddy sp2 exhaust so i'm waiting for that. my main interest is audio. completely revamped the stock audio.

you done anything else besides the grill and rims?

nice, those D3s can hit pretty damn hard in the right enclosure. my friend and i built this ported box for a diamond d3 12, that thing rattled the whole car.

what company made your billet grill?

my old setup was just a 2.0 cubic ft sealed box with twin amp mounts attached to the sides. then a carpeted face plate was made and flushed into the box and trunk opening.

BUTTTTT i wanted some trunk space back so i tore it all out and made a wide ported box. 2.5 cu ft tuned to 30hz. it regained about 4-5 inches of usable space. it's not as pretty but it works.

Anthny,

My preferred suspension set up is with Progress Springs. I've dropped my car on those at it looks yummy! You can order them through Brian Catts with Cattman Products. You have to call to place the order, his site isn't set up to take orders.

Your car reminds me of another I've seen on here. His username was KublckMax. I believe he has sold his car and has gotten a beamer. But his was a clean black max also.

Looks good, welcome to this site. Don't forget to check out

www.6thgenmaxima.org also.

Of course not MightyMax! That's awesome of you to help him get a good deal. I'm all for reeling in the deals. That's about average or a bit better. That is what I paid for mine, PLUS shipping. That ran me an additional $25. I did order them from Cattman though.

I had really good friends that helped/did it/walked me through the process. I've been able to drop two cars since then, and loved it. (Credit to Blackmaxx_96, Ritz, NCSU_Max and Joel)

Don't let this overwhelm you. Allow yourself time, like a Saturday afternoon. Have some knowledgeable friends around, and you'll love it. Shoot, if you lived closer, I'd donate a Saturday to your cause. Check out the regional group, see if they can hang at your place, and you offer bbq....

I haven't done a brake job yet. I do believe you have to bleed them again. I have heard of someone finding a way around it. I think they kept the calipers pressed in, so as not to let air in the lines!?!

looks decent (besides the drop needed), though I personally don't care for the Greddy catback, personally.
