Hey bro, I just swapped mine out on Friday to the Momo Italy Black/Chrome Tomahawk. OMG it looks tight! Have a peak, b4 and after. Got this one at Cardomain.com also. Was a few $$ cheaper than could be had on ebay. I've actually lowered the **** about another inch since this picture. Was sitting up a bit too high IMHO and looks tight now. I'll try to get another pic but you get the general idea here. It FEELS much nicer too.

You should be able to pry the 'sleeve', at the bottom of the ****, apart from the ****. It will slide down and reveal a plastic piece, with a wire clip...

for the auto's-when you cut down the shaft, how does the **** "lock in," or can you just push it off with little effort?

Hey what'd you guys use to cut your shaft? I did lower my **** a bit but like Chern said I think shaving another 1" or so off it would look a bit nicer.

The shift **** screwed directly on to the shaft in the same place as the original ****. Before you put the top carbon piece on, you adjust the height with an allen wrench. Then you put the carbon fiber piece on. I also ground off the ridge on the reverse unlock so that the **** screws down to a slightly shorter level than the stock taller ****. The Evo shift **** is a Momo product made only for the Evo MR. Also, that shift **** is weighted for easier shifting, and it works too!

The handbrake handle was different. I wrenched the old ugly handle off and sanded the shaft some. The hand brake handle went on one way and it had tiny allen nuts that clamp to the shaft.

The only drawback to the shift **** is that it gets REALLY hot in the summer unless the car is in shade, and it is REALLY cold in the winter. But nothing that a bit of driving won't cure.
