Tail light overlay - INSTALLED with pics!!!!!

Ok guys!!! Andy at Bluebatmobile made these overlays for our tail lights. In the pics shown here they are black. However, he has them in a variety of colors in addition to black: silver, blue, white and some others. Contact him for details. www.bluebatmobile.net

These overlays are a great solution to those wanting tinted tails without the hassle from cops, like I have had. These tail light overlays allow ALL the lights to fully function - brake lights, tail lights, AND reverse lights plus the side reflector AND side marker light - yet, the overlay reduces the amount of area of the ugly red lense and gives the tail light a striking shape.

In addition, Andy is making a smoke-colored border to go around the inside edges of the overlay which will be a nice accent. The border is also available in a variety of colors. These can be ordered separately or together, your choice. I'll be getting the smoke border later in the week and post pictures.

In the mean time: here are pictures of the new overlays for the taillights:

Here are pics with the lights on:

Looks like black masking they use to hide concept cars. Don't like.

Waited all this time and im not impressed. I'll stick to my regular tinted tails and take my chances with the police. But...we all have different opinions.

That was the inspiration. It's not for everyone, this was Marks Vision. I like it, and it's available to those that want it .

On a side note, I will be shipping the trim pieces in graphite finish along with a new headlight Lid Design to Marke later in tyhe week .

I'm not feelin' it. Personally, I think you're getting to the point where you're trying to do too much to your car, needless 2nd wing etc. Anymore and they'll be wanting to post your ride on riceboy.net. As long as you love it, that's what matters though so mod away!

I saw a Mercedes today with the blacked out areas of the tail lights and I have to say that the current edition of the overlays you are running Deus are a little too much for me. Some of the earlier photoshops were some good designs but this one just ain't hittin'. A little too much black, and I love black cars, and the lines don't flow very well with the body angles of the car.

There have already been a suggestion as to changes to the overlay. Any other changes? Can you photochop them?

We talked about the top cut being parallel to the other cuts. Both Mark and I felt having it go upward would flow better withy the shape of the taillight.
