Wasn't there just a thread posted about this...yesterday?
It doesn't "bolt on". You need to replace the entire front and fenders.
Look at the front of the 07. Look at the front of the 06. They are different.

Let me actually answer your question here, since some people like to get on the new guys and may have not read the question thoroughly. I will agree with them that this topic has been heavily discussed, and your question could have been worded better. But for your answer YES it can be done, and if the car is so damaged that you have to replace the whole nose then why not IF you can afford it. It is something any reputable shop can do rather easily. You will have to replace all body panels from the doors forward (full nose) with '07 parts, ie. hood, fenders, headlights, bumper, grill, and their associated brackets. Be aware this may cost you significantly more if you had priced a used 04 nose, or had planed to rebuild the car with aftermarket body parts. I doubt the aftermarket has started producing many or all the parts for a complete 07 nose rebuild so you may have to buy from dealer, unless you can get lucky and find a salvage yard with a wrecked 07 that you can buy the nose off of for your project. Now if its an insurance job, most insurance companies will only replace a newer car with new parts so shouldn't cost you much more. Tried to cover what i think you were getting at, and the different variables that you may need to consider in making your decision.
My $.02, take your time in choosing a quality body shop that does quality work that you can see b4 and after work. Ask around to see who has had their car repaired and look at the final product. I'd rather spend more and get it done right then skimp to get that 07 nose and it look bad. Hope I helped you out some.

had a similar situation on my car, except it was my rear end.. got the 07 rear bumper at no extra cost.. both bumpers (04 and 07) cost exactly the same from the dealer.. I'd guess the same is true for the front end, since nothing is all THAT different.. just re-arranged... if you've gotta replace the fenders and hood as well, go for it.
