Has anyone took this to their Nissan dealership and got this repair done regarding our infamous shimmying?

I am going to take this to them and see if they can do it for me...but I want to know if it corrected the problem

Covered under 12 month/12000 mile adjustments warranty. If you know someone cool there they will hook you up like they did me. Good luck.

aww man, they wont cover this like they would do a recall? Its a service bulletin, dont they provide these repairs at no cost to us?

No, recalls are free, TSBs just explain existing problems and detail how to fix/replace the part(s).
