07 Max, click from front left tire while turning right and braking

07 Max, click from front left tire while turning right and braking

My dad says its the CV joint, it only happens when u turn right or brake. The car only has 8,200 miles on it, so did i really rape it with my turns that bad?! lol. Any clues gentlemen?
