Passengers Side Door Lock Catches

Anyone on here have a front passengers side door lock that catches like me, and have a remedy for it? How do you take it apart?

My rear passenger handle keeps getting stuck. Dealer ordered a new one under warranty and I need to go in and have it installed.

This is not the handle. Its the locking piece next to it. It works, and then gets stuck after a couple of times pressing the keyfob.

My passenger door doesn't catch but the tab that covers the screw to remove the door handle keeps coming out every time the door is opened. I have to push it back in all the fking time. AHHHH! You can only imagine how angry it makes someone who is meticulous about everything in his car's interior..
