Painted Calipers Black plus other Pics of my black Max

I needed a project last night, So I went and got some black high heat caliper paint at autozone. Took longer than I thought, about 5 hours, but I was taking my time and enjoying some
This morning I cleaned her up with some mequires quick detailing spray and went out an took some pics.






Rotopro rotors and pads are next

I would have gone with red to match your engine covers. Im not sure why people paint calipers black since it blends in with the darkness. Maybe some lettering would be nice? Still lovin those Thruxton rims.

I really like the red caliper look, but I don't like how tiny the stock calipers look with 20's, so I didn't want to draw any attention to them. But I had to get rid of that ugly "rusted" stock look.
I would go red if I had Chern's brake setup.

My calipers are also black. I realize they blend in as Deus said, but I'm continuing with my black theme. G2 caliper paint for me.

Car looks really good, only thing I would do differently would face the FUJITA and Maxima logo under the hood to the outside not the inside, visually more appealing to the eye but thats just my opinion.

How did you prep the calipers

Looking good. As mentioned above by someone, I too would get those Nissan stickers/letterings for the calipers. Ebay is a great source for those.
