The rears are 8.5 and the fronts are 8's. So that means you cannot rotate them (or shouldn't at least). I was looking for someone to trade with so I could have a complete set of 8.5's or 8's. My 8.5 is the one with the ding in it, so I would take the wider ones no problem.

Personally, I wouldn't touch them - I'd take them to a professional. It's "Titanium" as far as I know. I think in Canada it's about 150 $ to fix a wheel which IMO is mad pricey.

When you do install them on your car as I drive an 07 as well and would love to see how it looks - PLEASE POST PICTURES

I really am likin' the rims and I might invest them in the summer. Get rid of the RSA's and if you can - check out tirerack.com - I live near Toronto, Canada so lots of snow and harsh weather conditions so I'm planning to get Bridgestone Potenzas 960AS. check them out 198 $ EA. Good Luck

Yeah, I have heard of Tire Rack, lol. For that much I would snag a set of BFG KDW 2's. One of my favorite looking tires and for as well as they handle they last a long time. Their treadwear is underrated. I will of course post pics asap. Hoping the rim color matches the car color but its closer to silver than gray. Side and rear views will be the same as the 06's etc. Hilbe has some good pics.

Unfortunately, I live in Canada lol so I'd need something that'd stick through snow, rain and dry conditions and the best reviews I came across were for the Bridgestone Potenzas.

I just checked them out, they sure do look great - I'd love to see pictures

the reviews on these are amazing but what about looks?

Bridgestone Potenzas 960AS

What do you think on 07 Stock Rims?

P.S: these are the tires I plan to use with the 350z rims - I think they'd look nice?

As soon as I can bro. Keep your eye out for touch up paint for these, I'd appreciate it. If a site can get me the paint for the rims and the car I will bite the bullet and pay for some properly matching (aka expensive) paint. Did you notice a difference in tire width on the two diff sized rims? I am doubting it. I would imagine the offset is setup so that the extra width would be on the inside of the car and as along as everything clears lock to lock the 8.5" wide wheels should be fine up front. Would like to be able to rotate them etc.

Well, I'm getting my 2 rims fixed tomorrow. The great thing is this company is 100% mobile. So they're coming to my work and going to do it. I'll just have to go give them the lug nut key. I'm excited to get them fixed, but my wallet is not excited about the $200 repair cost.

Is it just touch up paint or are they doing some welding on the wheel? That is pricey for cosmetic repair. I bought some bondo and scratch filler primer the other day and will try to source the paint. If you like the results can you ask the guys what paint and color they use to touch them up? They had a can of generic silver wheel paint at Autozone but I am not getting my hopes up about it matching.

They're filling some spots where I wore down to the black layer. $100 is about right from what I've seen to get a rim repaired.

They referred to it as "Hyper Silver" color paint on their initial inspection. I couldn't find that paint anywhere online...

My bad one you can see the base metal under the paint but there is no structural damage and no chipping or scratching of the metal. I am pretty good at touch up paint and have used body filler a few times. Worst case is I am out $15 in supplies. I am just thinking I will have to paint the whole rim for it to look right. That sux.

I just bought 4 rear 350z 5 spoke rims 18" 8.5 " 33 mm offset . Do you have any trouble with the tires rubbing on anything while turning sharply?

Unless you are going from 17's, the difference is too vague IMO. I personally like the original 18's more

I need one rear 350z rim if you know anyone who has one . I prefer not to have to do any repairs to it . The person I bought them from didn't have the 4th due to an accident trashed it. I have 18/8.5 rear only one is needed. There is a auction on ebay for $350.00 4 350z wheels so someone looking for the fronts could recoop some of the cost if I bought their one rear wheel.

I have to buy tires for mine all 4's will be the rear size 18" 8.5 " . I am only finding 18" 8" or 9" or 9.5" . I can't find 8.5" will the 8" fit the 8.5 rim? Do I just go buy 245/45/18 or 245/40/18?

Tires aren't designed for an exact rim width rather a range. If you look at the specs most tires in the stock SE size will fit 7.5" to 9" wide rims. 245/45 at all 4 corners will be fine and the extra 1/2" rim width should be fine for rotating as well. You will want to keep the size stock mainly for speedometer/odometer calibration.

I got the rims fixed. They look like new. The paint is only available to those franchises apparently (I asked). Apparently they do a lot of new car repairs as well, where the transportation damages occur.

Dont worry about that. You can run 245/45/18 all around on both 8" and 8.5". Thats what I have running and its fine.

Very cool, expensive but looks nice. Did you watch them do any of the work? They masked off the tire I'm sure and blended the good paint somehow. Did they use a spray can or gun and compressor etc? I am planning on using some bondo for small fill and scratch fill primer then wheel paint. Wish I could get that paint code they used. The generic stuff I got from Vatozone prob won't match.
