Christmas Present Mods

Thought I'd start a thread for those of us (most of us) who are getting mods for Christmas. Sorry all you non-Christians...I'm not doing a "Holiday Present" thread...start your own thread if you feel left out

Here's what I've gotten so far. Those are the 350z 35th Anniversary Rims and Cattman Exhaust. I'll post more pics once I get them installed hopefully this weekend.

$490 shipped I would love to have someone trade me some fronts/backs so I don't have to stagger mine. Any volunteers have until tomorrow when I get them mounted/balanced.

One has a very small mark on it, other than that they're perfect. I was going to get the blemish fixed when I saw the seller's picture, but now that I have them I think its not that noticeable.

Exhaust is installed Just did it. Took about an hour. Man the stock exhaust is a heavy piece of crap.

No mods for Christmas...yet. But I did add a 2005 Xterra to the family; it's now the Max's kid brother. Love it!

I want to drop mine a bit and put some new struts on. My only worry is the fact that it'll plow snow worse than it already does by lowering it...

My Christmas mod will by new dealer provide transmission. I may try to get a transmission cooler installed at the same time.

Hilbe, your not dropped? If you think you are snow plowing now, wait until you put some springs or something on there, I scrap just about every parking block I pull up to, also got to watch the dips and small dogs

I didn't know you could run a 40 series tire on 20's on a maxima.

Would have never known that should make for a smoother ride over the 35 tires. I wonder why so many other 20's run a 35 series.

Wheels installed

Stock crappy exhaust:

I took a few pictures of my exhaust, but they didn't turn out since its dark out already. I have ice on my windshield also, got cold on my drive home from wheel mounting.

Those wheels look good matched up with the silver. Nice choice. I knew they would look good when you first posted them.

I just love 350z wheels look on Maxima.

I’m just a Nissan freak.

Here’s my 05 Lifted Titan stage two 6 inch lift with 35 inch tires.

My 03 350z no Mods.

And my baby 07 Maxima with Front grill and soon to be mounted 20 inch wheels.

I guess 35 series is just more common. Next time I get tires Im going with something with a bigger sidewall. 255(width) 50(aspect ratio compared to 255) 20(size of the rim) if I can fit them.

Hillbe, great choice and nice combination. Lower it or else. No rush though, I waited about 7K miles before doing it on nismos.

My last major Christmas present in my 2007 rear bumper. I won't get it on until over Christmas. I'll have pictures when I'm back from the holidays. Can't wait to get all these mods done.
