One rim is dull; best way to refinish it?

Greetings.
Quick question:
The front left wheel (stock 18's) on my 06 max is really dull. The other three are nice, shiny, bright silver. But the one on the front left is dull, greyish and the finish on it does no longer match the others. I bought it with 18K so when I got it, it was already like this.

What do you guys suggest? Refinish? Buying another rim? What about those sponge ***** that attach to a drill? Would those things clean up the wheel and make them look shiny like the rest?

Any feedback appreciated

serious? 100 $ - that to me is still expensive lol but 10 times better then the price that they charge here in Canada i.e. 150 $ but luckily there's a dealer close to me too and i could use some refinishing in the summer. thanks for the link though
