350z Muffler

Has anyone tied this yet, I'm getting one for free and wondering if it fits through the rear bumper?

The Maxima has two mufflers and the 350z has one. How would it fit?

You'd have to do a lot of custom fab to extend the main pipe and put in a mandrel bend to link to the offset entrance to the muffler. Looks like it weighs a good bit compared to two small mufflers. I think close to 40 lbs.

It dosent matter the two and one the Max is not a true duel exhaust just splits at the rear axle just wondering if the 350z tips and the same width as the hole in the rear bumper? I have no problem fabing a pipe from out b- pipe to the muffler? Just looking for some measurements if it has been done I think I'm gonna try it.

Go to a very large parking lot, i.e. the mall and bring your tape measure and comfy shoes...there will no doubt be at least 1 Z there. I would unbolt the stock mufflers at the rear most flanges and see if the muffler fits up in there before I did any cutting or major modifications. I'd be interested to hear what it sounds like but all of the components upstream of the Z's muffler are way different than ours as well.
