Racingline Battery tie down sample are in!
Well, I finally got around to getting samples done. for the most part this is how they will look. The logo may get slightly larger but other than that it's all good. There will also likely be an anodized Black version to match the strut bars.
This tie down will work on all nissan / infinity cars and trucks that require a tie down, not just the altima, although it was prototyped using an oem altima battery to ensure proper fitment.
here's the pic, I'll let you all know a better time line of when they will be available later after the move to vancouver is completed and I can settle in

Looks nice. Since I don't have my other set-up for the winter, I would be interested in this. I know they are not ready yet but what would be the price with shipping be?
Thanks
Thanks

I'm running a screen resolution of 1280x1024 so my sig looks normal from my view. I'll shrink it down for those who run lower resolutions. ![Smilie](https://maxima.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Thanks man! You got one clean ride. I liked that one too but it kinda looked funny to me - I'll try something diff with it later and see if it comes out the way I want it.
Now that I think of it....my battery isn't tied down by anything right now...I might really need to invest in this.

I've tried the thread on 1024x768 1280x1024 and 1600x1200 and it looks great on all. Doesn't brake the table anywhere. Although I think there is a "legal" limit on how wide your sig can be.
Neeless to say, one awesome lookin' sig. keep it.

Anything less than 1280x1024 is so yesterday. People get a decent flat panel, they are CHEAP!

Keepin' on topic: How much are the Battery tie downs going to be?

Even if they don't color it from the factory, the 'etching/engraving' grooves makes it really easy to fill in with enamel paint in nearly any color combination you choose. You can fill in the logo to match your paint scheme!

price is approx $30. sorry i won't be coloring the logo. the only delema i have is for the black ones.............should i engrave them after the anodizing ( making the logo silver) or engrave then anodize so it's all black

I'd rather see it all black including the logo, but each one is different. How much of a hassle would it be to customize per order and maybe make the price a bit more to cover the labor? I mean if you have different requests already, I don't think other members would mind spending a lil extra to get what they want. Just an opinion. I am looking at getting the FSTB in Black, however if I could get the FSTB in black and the logo Silver, then I'd get them both ASAP! Any way I could do that? Could I order both the FSTB and the Battery tie down in black with a silver logo on both (dead center)?

That's a pretty decent price Taz. Definitely engrave/machine the logo after its anodized for contrast. That would look sweet and should match the new silver sticker on the strut bar. My paycheck is in serious Jeopardy, lol.
