Moonroof Deflector

Does anyone know if the 1997 moonroof deflector is the same as the ones on the 2008? I think they would be the same since I BELIEVE that moonroof sizes are standard. If you can let me know, that would be great.

Thanks!

They should have stayed in 1997. Where's the DeLorean when you need it...

I'd have to agree with those that say its ugly. It completely kills that smoothness of the roof by adding an ugly bulge.

It is an opinion thing. Either call nissan up or go measure on in a parking lot.

that was going to be my answer, but figured it was common sense...

is there even any function to one? you do know the 6th gen comes with an air deflector right?

so to me it only serves as a visual which i agree is not a good one.

It is honestly personal opinion.

Personally I don't see any of the 'expensive' cars with these any more and only old timers love these accessories. Please don't give me heat over the old timers comment, I love my old timers

Thanks for the response everyone. I was actually asking because I'm trying to dump mine. I actually have two, one for the 97 and one for the 08. Needless to say, it will be coming off once I have the time to look for that hex key.

Thanks!

as for the measuring, yeah I could do that but the actual piece for the 97 isn't where I am. Its actually in storage. I could put in a little more effort but I figured the Max experts would know.

eww. simply eww. You have the ability to open the roof for a reason. Why would you want to destroy the beautiful look it gives your car by adding an ugly accessory?
