crazy grinding

alright so its been a couple days now and i dont know what the hell is wrong.....i make right turns and my SLIP light activated and my car slows down and feels like its pumping the brakes....when i turn right with the steering wheel all the way to the right as if im doing a 360 all i hear is grinding...i look at the top of the rotor all the way around is grinded down to a brighter silver.....brake pads dont even have 5000 miles on them? help...maybe? thanks

Do you have SS brake lines?

I have SS lines and one of the retainers fell off and when I was in reverse going full right it RUBBED on the wheel causing a "grinding" sound. So check the lines out.
