Anyone have the instructions for installing rear drop springs? I have the progress rears and want to drop it like the front.

1. Loosen rear lugs a little (all ten).

2. Jack up 1 rear side then put on jack stand.

3. Jack up other side then put on jack stand.

4. Remove both rear wheels.

5. There is exactly one bolt on each side that holds the arm that holds the spring in place. Be sure to use the floor jack to support the thing-a-ma-jig (arm) that holds the rear spring in place.

6. After removing bolt (be sure not to strip the bolt) lower the floor jack then use your hand to push arm down therefore releasing the spring. Remove the spring.

7. The hardest part is after installing the new spring getting the bolt back in without stripping it. Take your time and ease it in trying to minimize resistance. You will need to tap it a bit while making sure the hole aligns properly. Utilize your floor jack to help you raise the arm in the proper position to re-install the bolt.

The tools needed are (2) jack stands, floor jack, long arm socket wrench (17 or 18mm). Bolt loosener is a good idea.
