Progress spring rate

Progress spring rate

Does anyone know what the Progress spring rate for 04-07 maximas in lbs/in? If not does anyone know where a good place to find this info?
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

hey i dont know what the rate was but i just installed progress on my car and it looks really good i would deff recommend them

As far I know nobody knows. Maybe Progress does, if they tested the stockers before they made their lowering springs. They had to have some sort of baseline to work from, especially since IIRC their springs are said to be 20-30% stiffer.

IIRC, Pounds of pressure per square inch to compress the spring 1 inch.

According to Progress Auto

Our records show that the stock spring rates were 160 pounds in the
front and 278 pounds in the rear. Let me know if you have any other
questions.
