AC Blower not working
By saying that it's not engaging, I assume that you mean that no air is coming out of the vents no matter what setting the fan is on. Or is it simply the air that is coming out isn't cold? If you meant the latter, the issue is probably your low pressure vacuum hose loose or off.
No matter the setting, there isn't any air coming out of the vents.

Every AC has something called low pressure cut of switch, if for any reason your 134-a gas is below operating pressure the compressor will not come on.
This is to protect you Ac system, the lower the pressure gets the colder air will and then everything will freeze.

I had a 92 max and a 99 quest van and both gave me the same problem. There is a heating element mounted to a circuit board inside the fan housing under the dash and it has a circuit built into it that will shut down the blower. It happened on both of the vehicles and I don't know if they are still made the same but you might want to check it out.
