HELP!!! I Just got Locked in My Car....

I just arrived at work this morning and parked in the garage like every other day. When I went to get out of the car I pressed the unlock button on the door and the doors unlocked then immediately locked again. I did this several times and the same thing kept happening. I unlocked the door lock manually and got out. I had to open the rear door to get my breif case so I used the keyfob. Same thing kept happening. I tried using the button on the outside door handle and yet it kept happening... I waited a bit and tried again but the doors keep opening and re-locking again... I locked the car and came up to the office but I did not solve the problem...

Anyone have any ideas or thoughts as to what might be wrong? This car is a month old!!!! (2008 Maxima SE)

I have a 2004 se. and if one of your doors is not fully close or the door switch does not see the door closed then you wont be able to lock the doors if one is open. open and close all yours doors and make sure that you HUD does not say a door is open and try to relock. if not disconnect your battery for 15 then reconnect and try again.

Guess I was lucky to get out alive... As I turned the car off the Beach Boys were playing on the radio... Wrong decade (60's) so I guess that is why I was saved!!! There's always tomorrow..

I considered a problem with the key fob. I'll give it a shot in the morning with the other one I have... If that don't work I'll let the dealer figure it out. I have an appointment for Friday morning.. Wooo Hooo!! Thanks

Well first thing this morning I switched key fob's and went outside, pressed the door button, the doors unlocked and stayed unlocked. Drove to work, unlocked the doors and they stayed unlocked... Got out and locked everything up like normal. Looks like the problem was the other fob. Will confirm tonight by trying to use that one again when I get home..

Thanks for the info and help...
