Are you trying to torture yourself? First off your car will be slower...second if you hit a pot hole in these you will have a sore back....35 is way to narrow a tire for the Max. Stick with 18" ... I was even thinking of going to a 17 but 18 is OK...check out Konig's new line up...I think that you will find a better and cooler black Rim...The Konigs are quality...you could also check out the new FAST line or even the new SPINS line...all within your budget...then if you need tires...slap on a set of Falkens ($140 ea) or Continental Extremes ($140) or even Toyo Proxes 4 with a rebate! About the same...Even the General Tire Exclaim UHP for about $100 ea...You will thank me.
I used this tire calculator to figure of the difference of tires compared to stock.

It says you want to stay within a 3% variance and with the 235/35/19 you"ll be at a 4.54% difference compared to a 245/45/18 stock tire.

I had 3 sets of wheels on my black 04 max and black/polished lip was my very first set. That was the best combo by far. The 2nd/3rd set was 20" chromes and 22" chromes, I didnt like the chromes too much, and they were heavy. I say go for the black on black combo if thats what you like, its such a clean and simple look.
The ebay wheel has a bolt pattern of 5x108 while we have 5x114.3. Will that work in our Maxima?
What I have heard about ADR is that it is analogous to Hyundai in the car market. That is, it is inexpensive but makes not-so-bad wheels.

FYI we use a 5x114.3 bolt pattern and I would advise an 8 inch width with a 35-40 offset (ET). If your going 19's the best size to go would be 245/40/19, many say this is the best combo for looks while keeping some comfort.... though usually when priced out come out more expensive then the same set in 20 inch. I personally run 20x8.5 38 offset with 245/35/20's love the looks but need to drive much more carefully especially in NYC. I have heard OK things about ADR, if you trying to stay on a budget they are better then other off-brands.
