I have heard that this only works with automatics in reverse, you need to leave the power mirror switch to the farmost right or left to have that corresponding mirror point down. I know it does not work on 6 spds.

What year is it? I have the DPP on an 08 SE with out Nav. I have to push the mirror adjust lever to the left or right of center for it to work. If you're in the middle the mirror wont move when you put it in reverse.

As far as I you do not need the Nav system to have that feature. I do not have Nav and mine tilts when I put on reverse.

Hey guys, I have an 04 max that's fully loaded and i also have the same problem with the side mirrors. Should I take it to the dealership since it doesn't point down when i throw it in reverse?

From what I have read in previous posts, our 04's didn't have that feature.

This feature was only added to the 07's I believe. There is a switch on the mirrrow control that activates it.

Could someone that has power folding mirrors, time the mirrors from the time activated until they stop. I am working on a mod that someone asked for and my max does not have the power folding mirrrors.
