remove cupholders...

Anybody know how you remove the entire cupholder assembly? Do you have to disassemble the whole center console?

thanks

pulling it out only takes out the insert thingy, I want to take out the whole thing, with the door and everything, but I don't want to break anything, lol

i have a thread on getting the radio controls out... if you want to fully take out the center console this is what you do:

take both drivers and passanger seat out.... pull the shifter plate from the cup holder side straight up...

Then Take off the radio plate with the two screws....

once that's off you'll see four screws...unscrew those 4 screws (Two on each side)

Now the back vent pops off. There's a screw on both sides...

once that's off you can fully take out ur center console

hope this helps... don't really have pix and i know that'll help
