Should get carfax first, if that comes out clean, then yes thats a killer deal IMO, but then i am from GA, so prices could vary.

ask for 8K out the door. trust me buddy i work in car company. He paid about no more than 4K for that car. They buy it for wholesale and sell it for retail + a lot of profit.
I bought brand new 08 maxima for 24 out the door. You be the dudje for buying 2004 with 87K miles for 10 thousand. Pay twice per month and get a new one. but its all upto you.
Wouldnt be a bad deal for 8K out the door. Dealer pays tax and registration.
Good luck bro....

Definately drive the car first (if you havent)... even if the title is clear that doesnt really mean much... i just picked up a "clear" title maxima and it defienately wasn't "clean"....body work...tranny problems....(long story)...the tranny is what you wanna check for sure though....just my two cents...

Price seems pretty good, but if you have access to a good independent mechanic I'd pay for a few hours to get it checked over thoroughly.

i am from Brooklyn and i think thats the dealership on or close to 60th street and if that is the case..do a carfax and going in with 8k you should be good i wouldn't pay anymore than 8500.tho...tax, title tags included.....

Inspect all panels on a sunny day to make sure there was no painting.
