I have factory XM can I Change to Sirius with just plug and play

I have factory XM can I Change to Sirius with just plug and play
I have a 05 Maxima I understand that the receiver is mounted in the trunk under the rear deck. My question is can I just get a Sirius receiver and replace the XM receiver with no additional costs? I hoping that all I need to do is just unplug one and add another.

No need to switch since both companies merged.Programming is starting to merge over to both radio systems as we speak.
