We sell about the same amount of Progress and Eibach. Both are a quality spring set. They are listed at

Ride quality is great(to be lowered..) take turns at 75...(who me?, i would never...), and once you get it aligned, it really doesn't throw the alignment off that much, but it is always good to get it aligned once dropped.. I have used, Intrax, and progressive in the past, as well as Eibach, eibach is always my favorite....

so if you are the all at once type then by all means the advice from a lot of the fellows here is warranted... you might notice a better ride with the progress springs and other suspension component setup..

Eibachs with KYB GR2
Running this setup with painted calipers and Konig Again 5's with Riken Raptor 245/45/18's all around. The Rikens are Michelins and made here in Canada on their second line....I personally do not recommend going bigger than 18" if you live in a city with crappy roads like Montreal! Eurorotors: Rotors: Cross-drilled, vented, over-sized (1/2") and Cadmium plated. Hawk HPS performance pads. Removed the resonator (POS) for better breathing. Custom catback to original mufflers...sounds a bit softer than the G37 growl. Front and rear strut bars...end links on rears....AEM CAI & Stillen Battery Tie down, UR-UDP (Underdrive Pulley). Next Mod: ISO-Thermal Spacer. Silver tinted windows. Very happy with my current setup. Seriously amazing handling suprises even 3 series bimmer owners! Car sticks to the road like epoxy resin! Trenz grill with original Japanese trunk emblem.
Currently looking for interior silver trim pieces for the vents and doors to match the brush aluminum look of the console. Anyone care to help?
100% Certified Pertrol Head!

If you are going through the trouble of changing your springs, might as well spend an extra $190 shipped on KYB GR2 all round...my $.02. There are members though with no issues on stock struts and shocks however.

i say progress just for the fact A LOT of guys on here use them with not much complaints. while the eibach's i seen a few ppl complain bout the eibach noise.
but ya jw with the d2 coilovers. are they bouncy like the ksports?

Not from what i hear... if i had the $$ right now id definately get the d2s.. thats all thats holdin me back... its a great ride with the d2s.. drop it as you like..most like 2" in the front.. itll make the car look hot and this way when it snows you can raise it back up a bit =) +1 on the grouup buy.. thats 1 great deal!

Since you have a 08 Maxima, you may not need to change your struts and shocks.
I currently have 5000 miles on my 08, and I plan on getting some Progress on Monday. No need for struts and shocks untill I reach 30K or I damage my OEM's.

well im here in queens NY lol.. these roads suck... i already had to change my front right strut due to the roads.. so i might have a different situation.. right? if anything i'd go with the full d2 set tho i think thats the best bet for me at least..

i have the eibach set and i love them. make sure you get it aligned after you drop it. when you get it aligned ask for a before and after printout and compare to the thread i made about factory specs.
