can CVT handle mods

can CVT handle mods

i was reading on another forum that CVT isnt a good trans for mods. some dudes were sayin it can only handle lik 265hp. is this true?? cuz if its true whats the point of even trying to upgrade the max

SFR already did a turbo Alty with CVT. Google that.

The CVT transmission should be more reliable less moving parts it only has two gears so that tells me enhanced reliability. Currently I have the F5 CAI and Greddy SP-2 Exhaust and running 14.02 E.T. with no tranny issues I've had the car for two years .

This is on the Murano but its still the CVT. Makes me want one too.
