Well what color is your car? Post up some pix. But good choice on powder coating. Powder coating is better then painting.

i would go with black. or even a gunmetal color would be nice.

Black has historicaly made wheels (and fat people) look smaller. While it make work for those in parenthesis it may not work well for your rims.
